In July 2024 Foundation Smart minds together with Zhero Consulting developed training course for improvement of skills and knowledge of workers in construction sector was developed about construction sector tendencies, politic priorities at EU level, demand of workers and training needs, green practices and about working in heights.
Within Erasmus+ program KA220-ADU - Cooperation partnerships in adult education project “Creation of self-assessment quality assurance tool in non-formal adult learning”(SelfAssessAL), project No. 2022-1-LT01-KA220-ADU-000085541, the first results of the project have been developed and published - reports of three countries on ensuring the quality of non-formal education and a comparative analysis, including the experience of Latvia, Lithuania and Bulgaria.
In 2024, with the participation of 3 countries - Latvia, Lithuania and Bulgaria, digital transnational self- assessment tool for quality assurance in non-formal adult learning programs developed, giving structured system for assessing the quality of adult non-formal education programs. Tool is based on the EQAVET quality assurance and improvement cycle, which includes planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up phases. For each phase, evaluation criteria, examples, and questions for self-assessment are provided.
In March 2024, digital tests have been developed to determine the skills, competences and knowledge of workers in the construction industry for two professions: Installer of permanent anchoring systems on rooftops and Finishing work technician.
In February, 2024 training course "Introduction to Green Marketing: Understanding the concept, principles, and benefits of green marketing" in 6 European languages, inter alia, in Latvian, has been developed.
